When scheduling deliveries, if it is found that all delivery slots are full for the day the customer selects please do not utilize the manager override. It may cause that customer to not receive their expected delivery due to not having space available on the truck.

Scheduling items onto the correct truck is important. Scheduling large bulky items (such as bricks or lumber) may cause that customer to not be delivered due to the flatbed truck already being at capacity for the day.
